You can follow your order status on the Track Order page. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you, allowing you to view live updates on the carrier's website as well.

Do I have to set up an account to order?
It is not mandatory. You can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account saves your order history, makes future checkouts faster, and makes you eligible for special offers and updates.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Our warehouse team will then process, package, and dispatch the product. You will receive a second notification with tracking details upon dispatch.

Can the country receiving the shipment be different than the country of purchase?

How long will my refund take?
The refund process begins within 2-3 working days after the item is received and undergoes a quality check. Depending on your bank/card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
What is your warranty policy for products?
